Working with Annie
What is covered in each session looks different for each person because you drive the agenda. My goal is to guide and support you in making intentional choices aligned with your values and beliefs to create sustained change.

Sessions are 50 minutes and take place via Google Meet. After each session, I will send you a summary of what we discussed so you can refer back and track your progress.
At the start of each session, I'll ask you what you want to work on. We'll dig into what specifically you want to accomplish, and I'll stay laser focused on supporting you in your goal for our time.

I offer
free 30-min intro sessions
single 50-min sessions
4-session packages (four 50-min sessions)
10-session packages at a discounted rate (ten 50-min sessions)
If you're curious about what it's like to work with me, sign up for a free 30-min session to learn more about my coaching style and gauge if we'll be a good fit.
Then, I recommend folks commit to one of my session packages as it takes time to build a rhythm and the trusting partnership that's necessary to dive into what is truly blocking you from accomplishing your goals.
If you're not sure coaching is for you after our intro session, or simply want a push in the right direction, then sign up for a single single. You'll get the full experience of coaching, as well as tools and resources to help you continue your work.

Therapy is an extremely useful strategy to excavate your past to understand why you may be showing certain behaviors or have certain habits. It's mostly backward looking. It can also be very helpful in creating strategies to manage mental illness. It's important to work only with a professional trained in counseling psychology or psychiatry for this type of work.
Coaching, on the other hand is purely forward looking. We define your goals for the future, build a plan to get you there, and create accountability to support you along the way. You may bring insights you've had from therapy to our sessions, but my main question will be future-oriented: "What do you want to do now that you have this information?"
While I have a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Master's degree in Social-Organizational Psychology, I am not a trained therapist. My training is in coaching. If there's ever a time where I feel we may be stepping into the realm of therapy, I'll let you know and we'll pause that line of discussion.
What is Coaching?
My clients are up to something. There is a voice whispering to them, saying things can be different. And they’re ready to pay attention. Our work together focuses on harnessing this drive to build curiosity about themselves, and ultimately find greater joy and fulfillment in life.
Coaching is a co-created alliance to help you set goals, identify what's in your way, develop an authentic and honest plan to overcome those obstacles, and hold yourself accountable to achieving what you desire.
