My Background

As an ICF certified leadership coach (ACC), I have roughly 15 years of experience in HR and communications, where I’ve coached founders of startups and leaders in 100+ year-old companies on how to drive excellence.

In 2021, I took time away from work after reaching a point of burnout that was scary and hard. By slowing down, I was able to find clarity, tap into my passion, and invest in the things that bring me joy and fulfillment. Now, I work with folks looking to do the same for themselves.

Whether tackling a new role, considering a major career change, or deciding to finally invest in your passion project, we will work together through 1-1 coaching to build curiosity about yourself and ultimately express your purpose.
